Garlic Mashed Sweet Potatoes Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS 4-5 sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons butter, melted ¼ cup heavy cream 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper PREPARATION Add potatoes to a large pot of salted water. Place over medium/high heat and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain, peel, and mash potatoes until they reach a smooth consistency.
