Local preferences

Saved videos, your watch queue, playback speed, autoplay preference and watch history (video ID, playback position, duration and last-watched time) are stored in your browser’s local storage. The sleep timer uses session storage in this tab. Watch history is limited to 300 videos. You can pause recording, remove individual entries or clear history from the Watch history page; Undo is available until you leave or reload that page. Pausing history stops new progress from being saved but retains your existing history and resume points. These controls affect TubeShowcase history; they do not manage any history YouTube may keep. No account is required. Clearing this website’s browser data removes these preferences. They are not synchronized between devices.

YouTube media

Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service. Watch pages use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain and player API. These connections disclose information such as your IP address and browser information to the media provider. Playing a video may involve YouTube storage and processing under Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting and security

Namecheap hosts this website and Cloudflare provides network delivery and security. These providers may process request data, including IP addresses, URLs and browser information, for delivery, logs and abuse protection. Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits and supported interactions, including video activity, using cookies and device information. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Page URLs sent by our initialization code exclude search query parameters. We do not upload your saved collection, queue or local watch-history records. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice; clearing the site’s browser data also resets it. Google handles analytics information under its privacy policy.

Search and sharing

Catalog filtering runs in your browser. Search terms can appear in the page URL and standard hosting logs. The Share button uses your device’s share sheet or copies a page link when supported.
