Can Shield double-up as an Ouya-style console? We reckon so. Here's how a range of Android titles - most of them optimised for Tegra - run via HDMI. Note that HDMI mirroring may actually impact on game performance compared to running on the touchscreen alone, though in the case of Shield we note that GFX Bench and 3DMark scores are unaffected.
