Our hackathons are tailored for media, science and gaming leaders to develop multimedia learning and immersive media as a way of increasing ocean literacy and supporting the next generation of ocean leaders, advocates and storytellers. Participants expand their knowledge of ocean literacy’s value in multimedia learning and identify opportunities for ocean education through emerging technologies.
