Chronic Pain Management

Therapy in a Nutshell ↗

From the creator

Many people with chronic pain are given a structural diagnosis — bulging discs, degeneration, arthritis — and from then on, every sensation feels like damage. But research shows many pain-free people have the same findings. The diagnosis can train the brain to keep the nervous system on high alert. Over time, pain becomes predictive — a learned danger signal, not ongoing injury. The pain is real. The suffering is real But the source might not be as tangible. My long video on my YouTube channel offers so many strategies to help, check it out! FREE Mental Health Resources: https://courses.therapyinanutshell.co...
