Mutton Curry / Goat Curry Recipe
The secret to a good Mutton Curry is little patience and good quality of Mutton!
That being said, Meat has to be fresh. Bone, meat and fat in right proportion makes the dish super delicious (Thighs, Shoulder and ribs are our preference). In My Home (in Odisha) we love big chunks of Potatoes in Mutton Curry and we use very basic spices. This is our family recipe, Hope you will like it.
You can use Freshly Grounded Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp at the end, But we prefer without it as we do not want to overpower the original flavor of Mutton.
