In this video I will show you how to make an active sourdough starter from scratch in just 1 week and give you all the skills necessary to make sourdough bread without any standard home baking equipment.
4 Cups of All Purpose Flour (18oz)
2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour (9oz)
3.5 Cups of Water (28 Fl oz)
1 Cup of Active Sourdough Starter (4-5oz)
2 Tablespoons Salt
